Gerald (Jerry) R. Ford CSCMP has over 30 years in the Supply Chain Management field with over 60 different organizations encompassing a wide range and diverse group of projects. Jerry is dedicated to tackling interesting opportunities that involve using a combination of disciplines and skills which bring value to his clients. As President of Cambridge Solutions he is responsible for all aspects of new product development and client services. His specialty is sourcing new software and services to meet the business and/or organizational requirements of the client.

Jerry brings advanced knowledge of and demonstrated experience with public sector practice in a wide array of major Ontario public sector organizations. He is often called on when clients are tackling a particularly sensitive situation where his experience and talent for finding solutions comes into play.

Presstran was established in 1984 and currently employs 509 employees. Within our 330,000 sq ft, we manufacture shock tower and apron assemblies, rail assemblies, major underbody components, cross members, major truck frame structural components, wheel houses, and wrap form sleeves. These are shipped to customers including: Cami, Chrysler, Mazda, Ford, GM, TRW and Formet. Our manufacturing equipment includes: Large automated transfer presses; large progressive presses; robotic spot, MIG weld cells, projection welding and drawn arc studs; and flexible spot weld cells. Presstran has the largest single-ram mechanical press in the world.
