Formet Industries Plant Tour
October 29, 2007
What a great tour of the Formet plant.
We started with an overhead presentation and video as an introduction. Then Ryan, Jason, Tony, and Wendy gave us a very interesting tour of the plant. They showed us the work they have done to improve material flow and the use of kanban signals to trigger production.
Some comments from the attendees included remarks about how clean and organized the plant looks.
Thanks again for taking the time to show us your plant
